Music in the Mountains Folk Festival

The Toe River Arts Council presents the 31st annual Music in the Mountains Folk Festival. The festival is dedicated to the preservation of mountain music and culture, and includes bluegrass and traditional music, ballad singers, storytellers and dancers.
