Join the Swannanoa Valley Museum for a book club discussion of Lee Smith’s novel Guests on Earth. The novel is set at Highland Mental Hospital in Asheville, N.C. during the years 1936-1948. The story is narrated by Evalina, a talented pianist who connects to the hospital’s famous patient- performer and writer Zelda Fitzgerald. This event is free but all participants must RSVP on the museum’s website.
