Join us for our Spring Yoga Retreat in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains!
We are so excited to be returning to one of our favorite spots to retreat to, the gorgeous Inn on Mill Creek, located between Old Fort and Black Mountain, for our second Yoga Retreat! Step into the deep quiet, beauty and restfulness of the Pisgah National Forest! Rediscover how beautiful and relaxing nature is!
This weekend is designed to help you slow down and soak in the deep nourishment and radiance of the present moment. We will offer daily gentle + restorative yoga classes, nature walks, hand-drumming and movement play experiences. Our intention is to create a joy-filled, inspiring and deeply rejuvenating weekend.
