North Carolina Apple Festival
August 31, 2018 @ 10:00 am - September 3, 2018 @ 5:00 pmFree
Celebrate the fall harvest in NC apple country. Henderson County leads the way in apple production in the state and is the seventh-largest producer in the country. The town of Hendersonville honors this special time of year with the NC Apple Festival each Labor Day weekend. The four-day street festival includes arts and crafts, live entertainment, rides and festival food. There are plenty of fresh apples, as well as apple confections. The weekend concludes with the King Apple Parade on Monday.
