Horsin’ Around with the Mt. Mitchell Road Kill Band

The Mt. Mitchell Road Kill Band — a local group of guys who love playing music from the ’60s, ’70s and ’80s — puts on an evening of entertainment to benefit the Appalachian Therapeutic Riding Center. In addition to music, the event includes a silent auction, dancing, desserts and coffee.
Proceeds benefit the riding center, which specializes in providing therapeutic horseback riding for adults and children with physical, mental and emotional challenges.
