Everything is Rosie comes to Flat Rock Playhouse for one weekend only. The show recently finished a sold-out run in Florida. The story, starring Wendy Jones, follows Rosemarys rise to the top of the Billboard charts in the 1950s, her success in Hollywood in films like White Christmas, followed by her mental breakdown, and then her triumphant return to the top of the jazz charts in the ’80s and ’90s. It is a story few know but a most compelling tale of heartbreak, tragedy, perseverance, triumph. Songs featured in the show include some of Rosies best-known and most-requested songs, such as “Come On A My House,” “Mambo Italiano,” “This Ole House,” “Hey There” and “Tenderly,” as well as songs from her movie musicals including White Christmas and jazz standards by composers, such as George Gershwin, Duke Ellington, Harold Arlen, and many more!
