Bug Day and National Pollinator Week Celebration

The Cradle of Forestry invites the curious of all ages to learn about insects and other arthropods and their important roles in nature.
? This event will be held in and around the Forest Discovery Center at the Cradle of Forestry.

? Bug hunts, pond explorations, buggy games and crafts

? Guided walk in search of plant galls and other examples of amazing forest-insect inter-
relationships

? Learn about the Cradle of Forestry’s efforts to convert lawn areas to meadow habitat for native plants and their pollinators, and how you can do the same.
